Top Subscription Games on iOS in Egypt Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the Egyptian iOS market witnessed varied performances among the top subscription games. Here’s a closer look at the trends for each game based on Sensor Tower data.

Squid Game: Unleashed from Netflix, Inc. saw a significant decline in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 4.8K at the beginning of July and dropping to single digits by the end of September. Despite this, weekly active users showed a fluctuating trend, peaking at around 14.3K mid-quarter before slightly tapering off to nearly 13.2K.

Twelve Minutes, also from Netflix, Inc., experienced a surge in weekly downloads in early September, reaching about 3.1K following a period of minimal activity. This spike was accompanied by a rise in weekly active users, which climbed to approximately 3.4K before gradually decreasing. Revenue showed a slight increase, peaking at $37 in early September.

Backgammon Classic Board Live by Adikus maintained a steady stream of downloads, averaging around 120-140 weekly. Active users remained consistent throughout the quarter, hovering around 5K. Revenue was minimal, with minor fluctuations observed in September.

Storyteller, another title from Netflix, Inc., had a modest performance in terms of downloads, with numbers peaking at 236 in mid-August before declining. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 315 and ending at 178 by the quarter's close. Revenue saw a notable increase at the end of September, reaching $29.

Too Hot To Handle 3 NETFLIX showed a steady decline in downloads from 147 in early July to just 14 by the end of September. Active users decreased from 289 to 45 over the same period. The game did not generate any revenue during this quarter.
